I am Known for my ability to create movement and action from the heart. I am here to help you move towards that thing that's yearning to be created and/or put into the world. Whether you already know what that thing is or not.
And to reach that place and state where you experience life will always work with you when you start moving towards that which lights you up.

You are in a 9-5 but feel like your soul has been suppressed for too long, or you are an artist and have been hiding your work from the world for too long.
Or you are simply yearning to unleash your creativity. Whether you have a clear vision or just feel a longing to create something. I will help you to simply start and to keep moving and trust and enjoy the process.

How?
With individual practices and tools that serve your specific need. Our sessions will happen via Zoom, in telephone or in person. We can dedicate a few hours or an entire day to your forward movement work or schedule hourly sessions every week or biweekly. Between sessions, we'll stay connected through phone calls and WhatsApp.
